We operate the website deviceandbrowserinfo.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

deviceandbrowserinfo.com offers a range of tests, datasets, and APIs related to (anti) fraud and bot detection. These tests focus on identifying information about your device (browser fingerprinting), evaluating whether or not the browser is a bot, and detecting disposable/temporary email addresses and phone numbers. We also provide free and paid data related to proxy IP addresses used by hots, as well as disposable email addresses and temporary phone numbers used by fraudsters to create fake accounts.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Antvas Technology, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. deviceandbrowserinfo.com proudly provides different services and data (through files, HTML pages and APIs) related to anti-fraud and cybersecurity purposes. In particular, if offers a paid proxy IP addresses API and database for your use, herein referred to as "Customer". We encourage responsible utilization of our APIs and databases. Please note that any misuse, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activities, or unauthorized use of payment methods, will result in the termination of API keys and accounts. Your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our services is greatly appreciated.

Subscription fees for paid accounts are either billed monthly or annually, depending on the agreement. Subscribers and deviceandbrowserinfo.com may cancel the subscription at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on the agreement). We have a 14-day refund policy. However, we do encourage the users to test the quality of our database using the free plan or by requesting a free sample of our database.

Please be advised that the Terms of Service ("Terms"), functionalities of the deviceandbrowserinfo.com proxy IP addresses API and database , and our pricing structure are subject to modification at our discretion. In the event of any changes to our pricing, we will provide you with at least 30 days' prior notice. 2. API Data and Database Usage Terms

deviceandbrowserinfo.com provides proxy IP intelligence "Database Products" to its customers. These products are databases in JSON and text format, available as files or through APIs for purchase and download. deviceandbrowserinfo.com permits you, "the Customer," to use the product data as follows: After purchasing the product, you may use and process all data to support internal business processes. Examples of internal business processes include:

  • Using data from the API to block a malicious client in your service or app.
  • Blocking a client with an IP address listed in the IP to Hosting Database.
  • Displaying enriched IP data in your backend, ensuring the data is not visible to the general public.
  • Displaying specific data samples to the public without allowing them or third parties to enumerate or query the full dataset. Publicly displayed data should never exceed 10% of the maximum IP address volume associated with your plan.

In summary, you are permitted to use paid deviceandbrowserinfo.com databases internally within your organization to support business processes, provided that a significant portion of the database (10% of the maximum IP address volume associated with your plan) is not exposed or published outside your organization.

2.2. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from the following uses of deviceandbrowserinfo.com paid data and databases:

  • Reselling or Redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute deviceandbrowserinfo.com data to third parties in any form, including but not limited to, exact copies or trivially modified versions of the data. Only users with a reseller plans with explicit mentions that enable this use case are allowed to resell or redistribute data from the paid proxy IP database. The reseller plan allow to resell and distribute data into cybersecurity and anti-fraud products. However, this excludes the usage within products that distribute raw or enriched IP address data information, such as IP address blocklist and proxy blocklist.
  • Public Sharing: You may not publish or disclose deviceandbrowserinfo.com data in a manner that allows the general public or third parties to access a significant portion of the data. Publicly displayed data should never exceed 5% of the complete database.
  • Data Manipulation: Modifying the data in a trivial manner (e.g., adding a column without removing any original columns) to disguise its source or to facilitate redistribution or resale is prohibited.
  • External Access: You may not grant third parties access to the deviceandbrowserinfo.com databases or API data, whether through APIs, web services, or any other form of data sharing mechanism.
  • Cloning and Derivatives: Creating derivative databases or products that allow extraction or reconstruction of the original deviceandbrowserinfo.com data or a significant portion of it is not allowed.

2.7. Refund policy

You have the right to ask for a refund up to fourteen (14) days after the first day of purchase (not the same as the day renewal date). After that we shall not refund any Subscription Fees or other amounts paid by you to us. Your Subscription shall continue until canceled by either party in accordance with these Terms. 3. Accepting these Terms

If you access or use the Service, it means you agree to be bound by all of the terms. So, before you use the Service, please read all of the terms. 13. Governing Law

The validity of these Terms and the rights, obligations, and relations of the parties under these Terms will be construed and determined under and in accordance with the laws of the Laws of France , without regard to conflicts of law principles.

14. Jurisdiction

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with the Service or relating to your use of it, resides in the courts of the Country of France and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the Country of France located in Paris in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Service. You further agree that you and Service will not commence against the other a class action, class arbitration or other representative action or proceeding.

15. Termination

If you breach any of these Terms, we have the right to suspend or disable your access to or use of the Service. In case of such termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any data obtained from the Service. We may also terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe your use of the Service poses a security risk, violates any applicable law, or could adversely impact deviceandbrowserinfo.com or its users.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
